On behalf of the Equity Lender, Mutual Gain Inc. reviewed the Quantum on the Bay project anticipated costs, covering the hard and soft cost budgets for the development and construction of the overall project and provided ongoing Progress Reports. Mutual Gain Inc. worked with the Developer to achieve a budget that was acceptable to all parties, reviewed and reported on the Developer’s equity, cost to date and projected profitability and on all aspects including development agreements, construction contracts, insurance, environmental issues and permits. |
